Born Digital Solutions ("we," "us") is operated by Amie, a sole trader based in the Portsmouth/Gosport area, UK. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect and why
Booking a consultation
We use Calendly to manage bookings. When you book a call through our site, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide. Calendly acts as a data processor on our behalf; see Calendly's own privacy policy for how they handle this.
Pipeline Audits
If you share a CRM export or spreadsheet with us as part of a Pipeline Audit, this will typically contain your own customers' or leads' personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, enquiry history). We use this solely to carry out the audit and, if you go ahead, the ongoing work. It is retained for the duration of our contract with you, or deleted within 7 days if no further work is agreed.
General enquiries
If you email or message us directly, we'll hold that correspondence to respond to you and keep a record of the enquiry.
Legal basis
We process this data under legitimate interests (to run our business and respond to enquiries) and, where you become a client, to perform our contract with you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond the tools that help us run the business (currently Calendly for bookings, and our website host). We don't use your data for anything beyond what's described here.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to tell you more about how it's used. Contact amie@borndigitalsolutions.co.uk for any of this. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
